Work experience: Having decided to enter the accounting world when my children were small, I put myself through the AAT course and have enjoyed over 25 years working in the private sector producing management accounts for a graphic design company and a flooring importer in both High Wycombe and Suffolk.
Outside of work: I have two grown-up girls and we enjoyed all aspects of the arts while they were growing up, my youngest is in a band and has even played at Glastonbury a couple of times.
Fun fact: I trained as a ballet teacher as a mature student and have taught children and adults. I am passionate about ballet, I am a Friend of the Royal Opera House and go to the ballet as much as I can.
